What is BMI?
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a universal calculation adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO) to check if a person is within the ideal weight standards for their height.
How to interpret the result?
The BMI result helps identify problems such as malnutrition, overweight, and obesity. While it is a useful tool, it does not measure body fat directly and does not differentiate lean mass from fat mass, serving as an initial health indicator.
