What is the Cooper Test?

Developed by Kenneth H. Cooper in 1968, the Cooper Test is one of the most popular methods for estimating aerobic capacity (VO2 Max). The goal is to cover the greatest distance possible in exactly 12 minutes.

How to interpret your VO2 Max?

VO2 Max is the measurement of the body's maximum capacity to transport and utilize oxygen during incremental exercise. Higher values generally indicate better cardiovascular fitness. The test is an excellent way to monitor your progress throughout a running training program.
